For All advisory packages sold via the Marker webshop, the buyer implicitly accepts the shop Terms of Service. Including but not limited accepting that Marker International is granted a fiduciary power to act on behalf of the buyer in dialogues with 3rd parties needed to provide the services to the buyer. These providers remain independent and Marker International takes no responsibility for any claims resulting from the services provided by these third parties. Marker International is never the digital token issuer nor the custodian of any assets.
