CONDITIONS

Marker doesn’t issue any securities. Participation in the DAO is tokenised to enable governance and is using a 3rd party to offer LP-participation. Any mention of Marker tokens – which are issued by a 3rd party – is purely to be seen as marketing and no solicitation of any securities offer.

All users of the website and any other parts of Marker is strictly limited to users that are allowed to interact and all compliance is the responsibility of the user. Marker reserves the rights to block any user or entity from accessing the website or in any other way interact with Marker without any limitations.
